From the very first phone call, following a stressful journey down to Cornwall after our sister’s passing, Anne was a voice of reassurance, compassion, and professionalism. When we met her a few days later to discuss the funeral arrangements, she guided and supported us through every step and was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed reassurance.
We also met Scott when we went to see our sister. He was incredibly caring and explained everything beforehand, which meant so much to us. It was actually a very uplifting experience — she looked beautiful.

Ann arranged our beloved friends funeral and was truly wonderful. She was the most lovely person to deal with at a terrible time. Our friend Garry arranged his own cremation with Ann while he was in hospice and he adored her immediately, as did we. He called her 'a gorgeous person' and he was right.
