Marcus, the man in charge is a very considerate kind-hearted special man who really helped me and my brother with our dad's funeral. He was there to answer any of our questions no matter how stupid they were with patience and helped in any way that he could. He made us laugh a few times just to boost our spirits up and him getting in contact with the burial area as well. He was very polite. Then on the day of the ceremony he was outstanding. We cannot thank Marcus and his team enough for their kindness, professionalism and understanding following the deaths of both our mother in 2012 and, more recently, our father this year (2024). Marcus "reads the room" intuitively and offers exactly the right level of support and practical help. It may seem a bit strange to walk through a furniture shop but you won't regret it!
