A fantastic service from start to finish. Bob was kind, professional, caring and you can tell very experienced. Bob helped us plan my mum in laws funeral and the funeral service was perfect. Nothing was to much trouble and with us living in South Wales and not being based in Cornwall was made so much easier knowing that Bob and his colleagues were dealing with it for us.

Simply the best service you can imagine. A funeral is never nice of course, but really this one was! Bob was amazing all the way through, kind, made it easy, and as painless as possible. And on the actual day was with us every step of the way. It felt like he was part of the celebration of my nans 101 years and I will be forever grateful.
