My Mum had a pre-paid funeral plan with Alan Ranson and I'm so pleased that she did. From the start to the finish of the process everyone I spoke to was compassionate and reassuring. This was the first time I'd had to plan a funeral but Jane was with me every step of the way, ensuring everything was in place and the day ran smoothly. I did wonder if there would be an attempt to up-sell on top of the pre-paid package but that didn't happen at all.
I used the in-house florist and the displays were beautiful.
