Gary, and the staff at the Stanley branch were absolutely brilliant I couldn't have asked for nicer, friendly sympathetic people. Everybody was so helpful and their customer service was outstanding and all my mams wishes were adhered to. I felt they went above and beyond to make this difficult time less painful due to the knowledge that my mam was being looked after very well, from them collecting her, and checking on my well being after the funeral itself, treating her with respect, and even making sure that I was doing ok and keeping me informed of everything that would happen.
