At such a sad time for us as a family, Gordon Fletchers took away any worries we had regarding our loved one whilst in their care. We were updated straight away at every stage from collection of our loved one to collecting the ashes. We are a very big family and wished to visit often, nothing was ever too much trouble when we wanted to visit the Chapel of Rest.
