We cannot recommend Natasha enough. Empathetic throughout, checking in and ensuring mum was ok. Natasha was kind and considerate at all times and was open and transparent in both our options and costs. Her attention to delete was second to none and didn’t bat an eyelid at our many strange questions (“where is Dad? Is he through there? is he on his own?”). All of Natasha’s team made everything just a little bit more bearable including Tracey our celebrant.
