We first met Isobel to plan Alan's funeral. It as a very surreal time for us and Isobel 's approach was both considerate, caring and empathic, which helped Alan and I to cope. When Alan died Gary was extremely caring, compassionate and understanding - following Alan's wishes just as requested. The funeral was wonderful (if that is possible) but I will always be grateful to all the team for everything they did.

Walkers funeral directors were absolutely brilliant in helping us with our mums funeral. Damon was so sensitive to our loss and really caring, they arranged the whole funeral and made it much easier for us to deal with. Everything was perfect and the nicest possible send off for our mum.
