Absolutely fantastic, made a very difficult situation easier.

Would not recommend. The office staff are lovely but the funeral director himself I found to be very unprofessional. I have had the unhappy experience of this company twice in the last few months both times I didn't actually book them but was part of the planning stages on two different sides of our family. Both times he was very gossipy about other funerals and not in a nice way and he ran down other funeral directors in the area too. Office hours were not as suggested on the website either.
