Having read numerous positive reviews, we contacted CoOp Etterby Street (Carlisle) shortly after my Mum’s death in hospital. From first contact to the last, we found the staff respectful, approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. Special mention of thanks for Nicki, the funeral director, who was especially kind to my wife and I at, obviously, a very difficult & emotional time. She has a special gift of being able to “read” her clients, offering kind, caring, empathetic support at just the right time.
