Excellent service from Ivan and the team. We were treated with kindness, care and compassion throughout the process at what was a very difficult time. Ivan replied to all our questions very quickly, even when we sent emails in the evening and at the weekend. It really was a 24 hour service. The most important thing though was the genuine care they showed for our aunt. She was looked after with care and respect, just as she would have wanted. Thank you to everyone in the team.
