I cannot fault these ladies and this company from the start of our ordeal they were amazing. I could write a paragraph on the compassion, empathy and sheer professionalism they have shown. They are angels in disguise and they gave us our beloved Ned a peaceful send off and brought him home in the most presentable way and even took into consideration our personal circumstances bringing Ned home sooner than what was expected. Kirsty that I dealt with was absolutely amazing. She showed 100% compassion and understanding. Nothing was too little or too much and at no point did we ever feel pressured or hurried with any decision making. On receiving Ruby's ashes back I was completely overwhelmed and I certainly hadn't expected them to be presented the way they were. I would sincerely urge anyone considering a pet cremation to contact Heavens Gate whether your pet dies at home or the vets. Top class service and so pleased I went with them.
