Both Michelle and Mark have such a respectful demeanour and put you at ease at a very stressful time in your life.
Nothing was too much trouble, and I know that they treated my mum with the utmost respect on her final journey.
Mark also provided a service for us at Belper Cemetery to inter my mums' ashes. The service was personal and very moving.

Mark was able to meet with us the next day after calling and spent over and hour helping us curate the perfect send off for our dad. The whole Thomas Ryde & Sons team were always on hand to answer questions and offer recommendations. But, most importantly, on the day of our dad’s funeral they made us feel in good hands and that we could focus on saying goodbye, while they took care of the rest. Sadly we lost our loving mum at Christmas 2022. She always spoke highly of them from experience, so sadly when she past they were the ones we went to.
I understand why now, the service they gave us was exceptional.

I lost my mother in October. Mark and his team was kind, thoughtful and extremely professional in their handling of all the arrangements including assisting my father who to was very ill on the day.
Unfortunately I also lost my father 2 weeks after mom's funeral. Mark and his team went that extra mile and attended our home to take my father into their care.
I have nothing but praise for mark and his team. Nothing is too much and the attention to details are of the highest standards.
