William and Simon made the whole process so much easier than we anticipated. They attended at a moments notice on Boxing Day. They treated him with kindness, respect and dignity.

From the minute I walked into Bespoke Funeral Care I was made very welcome. They make you feel so at ease going through the funeral plans explaining absolutely everything to you making it so clear to understand. They chat to you and listen to you making sure your plan is what you want. Nothing is too much trouble. They have worked really hard to get the funeral absolutely beautiful including our order of service booklets too including photos poems and our chosen songs too.
