From collecting my mum from home to the day of the funeral Pauline and the whole team were exceptionally professional, kind , thoughtful and respectful, she made everything very easy for us and every member of staff we had contact with were so very supportive and helpful, the independent celebrant the gave us was beyond helpful , when she visited us at my dads home she listened to everything we wanted and she put it together perfectly and presented the service so flawless, the whole team enabled us to give my mum the most beautiful send off , we are very grateful to them.

Owner parked on a double yellow during rush hour. Holding up traffic. Walked across the road instead of using the crossing less than 5m away setting a bad example for the schoolchildren walking nearby.
If he is this careless in the morning how am I supposed to believe any care will be given to me loved ones?
