Nothing was too much trouble and no part of our meetings were hurried. Richard Marshall, the celebrant, was incredible too. At a difficult time they made things a little easier, Upon arranging my dad's funeral Michelle Ibbet was amazing, she made suggestions and useful ideas and helped us along the process without any drama. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble, with a chatty polite nature about her she put us an ease and made us feel special. The funeral director on the day was also very professional, smart and made sure the day went off to plan. Again a very nice chap.
