The Ashbourne office took care of my wife. Unfortunately, he forgot to insert the funeral notice in the most important paper and did not offer redress like inserting an acknowledgement instead. I had to do this myself. Also he forgot to take a lock of hair despite confirming this on their own form. As interment has taken place nothing can now be done about this. We were left to organise and deal with catering. So overall, disappointing.
