I went here as they attended to my father back in 1991. Mum past away in November 2025. I must say they in for me personally in the most upsetting part of my life they treated mum with utmost dignity and decorum. Tom and Stacey were magnificent. The attention and sympathy shown to me absolutely lovely. The service and they way we walked with the herse past our old family home to the commital at the cemetery so she could be laid to rest with Dad was beautiful.

Both Tom and Stacey were wonderful. When my mum passed away our family chose Paul Bourton Funeral Service. We met with Tom and he made the whole process for us so smooth. There was nothing that made us feel stressed out at all. He let us go away and decide on things in our own time. Even when Tom was not going to be with us on the day my dad and I were able to meet Stacey and we felt just as at ease. We appreciate how compassionate they were.
