Thanking Jack and his team for their kindness, support, and compassion in looking after Mum before, during and after her funeral and interment. A special thank you to Jack from Nigel for giving him instruction on how to act as pallbearer before Mum's funeral, and also to the pallbearers on the day who explained things so that Nigel (who is deaf) understood what was going to happen. Also, including Paul (our step brother) and younger brother being pallbearers to Mum on her final journey. Thank you very much for making it a good send off.

I was extremely happy with the level of care and diligence shown to my family during the organization and delivery of the funeral service. Thank you

We first became aware of Mitchells when we attended the cremation of a friend of our fathers and were very impressed with the funeral director who gladly stepped in to lead the service when the vicar unfortunately did not arrive! Following our mother’s death I contacted Martin and he could not have been more helpful and compassionate. Martin advised that Katy would look after our family and she would listen to what we wanted for our mother and keep us informed at every stage of the arrangements. We cannot thank her enough for the support she provided at a particularly difficult time. We were

Already have made it known to Jack at the funeral directors. I also felt the need to make it publc on here I feel very stongly about this these 3 ladies should be named and shamed for disrespectfullness turning up at Mc Donalds Torquay in full funeral attire appreciate they are entitled to a break etc.. but come on doesnt exactly look professional and doesnt set a good example.

If I could give a zero star I would. Turned up late on the day so everything was rushed, clear instructions were not followed, florist got blamed for Mitchells error, the contact we had was rude just to name a few things. Very distressing to have to deal with after losing my mum. Darren the limo driver was amazing. A small discount was given but it was not about the money, it was about giving my mum the send off we wanted. With a funeral it is such an important occasion that you only get the one chance to get it right but sadly they did not live up to what they advertise. Looking at their webs
