What an absolutely outstanding service. The staff are so warm, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, compassionate, respectful and thoughtful. Perhaps, like so many people who have not dealt with a death before, my mum and I recently found ourselves in this situation and had no idea what we had to do.
