Paul and Amanda at Honiton were excellent during our difficult time. They were professional, empathetic, informative and helpful. They helped enormously with all the arrangements and treated my Dad with ultimate dignity and respect. Paul went through extra mile to arrange military standard bearers for Dad. I feel the final invoice was also fair and competitive. I had to arrange viewing on a bank holiday and they made the extra effort to open for me to do that. On the day of the funeral they were patient, calm and accommodating. They made a difficult time seamless and stress free.
