We were very happy with the service provided by Coop, right from the time Dad was collected through the planning, the service and even the aftercare. The team were respectful and kind at what is a difficult time.
Jacki in particular was marvellous - empathetic and professional. We were kept up to date throughout the process and felt that Dad was being cared for as an individual. Also the family were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.

Funeral was already covered with a funeral plan. Overall, very satisfied with the service and all the arrangements. If there is one thing that I think could be improved, it is the use of old photos on orders of service etc. With technology today I cannot understand why they can't be copied/scanned and used, even if they are not very clear or sharp. Thank you.
