I initially called at a weekend and spoke with the out-of-hours team at Dignity who were helpful & sympathetic. They advised I would receive a call first thing on Monday morning from Crews which I did. Mark was excellent. He was compassionate, friendly & professional throughout the difficult time of arranging my Dad's funeral. Appointments were made with the minimum of fuss and nothing felt pressured or rushed. Very professional and efficient, Paul kept in touch regularly and made the whole experience very easy in a difficult time. Having never arranged a funeral before, I was quite anxious about dealing with my mother's recently.
