At a recent difficult time, when my 97 year old mother passed away, we found Westcountry Funeral Service to professionally and sympathetically guide me and my family gently through the process of laying her to rest. From her timely collection from my house, where she had been living, through all the legal requirements, arrangements for a family cremation and a celebratory service at my mother's church, we were treated with the utmost empathy and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble and we were giving time to make our decisions, with helpful suggestions when required.

She spoke about my mum with such kindness, and it was as if she knew mum. She respected all our wishes with caring for mum. The service was perfect, you all looked so smart and professional, were so compassionate, caring and respectful of our space. It all ran smoothly and calmly.
Especially lovely was the chapel of rest at Elburton- that was what caught my eye originally and it was a charming annd intimate place of calm.
