The Clifford family were exceptional, the respect & care for our mum and us as a family was remarkable. I felt they all put us at ease at this difficult sad time, nothing was too much trouble, their attention to detail and support was comforting, they certainly put the family first. The hardest thing we had to do was to organise our son's funeral, we knew we wanted a family run funeral director and not a commercialised one. Clifford's was recommended to us and from the moment we made the call to meeting them we knew that Clifford's were the ones we wanted to help us through this heartbreaking time.

Myself and my family will forever be grateful to Clifford’s. Their care from the first communication to my mums funeral day has been second to none. My mum had been into Clifford’s and had arranged her own funeral with them before she passed. They had made the worst time in our lives just that little bit easier. The most professional, kindest people I have ever met. They had kept us up to date with everything and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were so compassionate to myself and my family, and thought of all the fine little details to make everything beyond perfect. When we went to vi
