I went to Morris Bros recently when my Mum passed away. No idea what I was doing but Simon was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable, and not rushed at all when I was choosing the options for what funeral I wanted for her. I really felt at ease with him, and felt my mum was incredibly safe in their hands. Lucy his wife was also amazing and Lorraine too whenever I called. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
