What an excellent service from beginning to end, delivered with sympathy and understanding by Caz and Demelza. We discussed at the beginning of the process whether to go to a crematorium but decided, after being given the options, to go to the chapel at JH Way instead with close family only, which is a small and very intimate room. We had a short 15 minute service there with the minister and the coffin and then went to the church for a celebration service while JH Way took the coffin to the crematorium. We have been to a crematorium for other funerals, but this way round seemed so much better
