If i could give 0 stars i would. The people who originally arrived to take our loved one were fantastic & very respectful, however after that, it became a business transition, what i would say is spend as much tome with your loved one before they are taken by this company as until they receive paperwork, which is beyond our control, you will not be able to see your loved one for some weeks!
