The care shown was both practical and personal with every care taken to carry out my, and the deceased, wishes. We had the convenience of a prepaid bond which meant that I didn't't have to keep checking on prices etc. Even at short notice when I wanted to visit the deceased one last time, it was arranged without a fuss. The celebrant they provided was superb and did everything in his power to carry out the ceremony planned in part by the deceased himself. To lose a loved one is devastating, but in these extreme circumstances it is absolutely horrendous, I therefore cannot thank Ben, his team and Wendy Coulton the celebrant for the beautiful service they did for my beloved Mum. Good service and staff helpful
Asked for my dads ashes to be put 3 boxes but all we got was a big box with the ashes in and was told we had to get our own boxes and spoon the ashes in so not good service regarding this
