we used these guys for my dad's sudden passing. On first instances they seemed overpriced but we decided that that would be reflected in their personal service. However, we have very much come to the realisation that money is the most important thing. We had to wait for a grant to be approved which they were aware of before clearing the balance and they still attended my property several times and even question my autistic son! They have also cc'd myself and my sister into their money grabbing emails, however my sister is not on any of the paperwork as she did not wish to deal with the funeral
