Where do I start..My mum passed away at home on the 6th of October 2024. At home with her family. The nurses came by to do there checks and recommend a company that would deal with absolutely every thing in cullompton. They were not joking.
In the afternoon one of the most amazing people I have ever met came into our lives for a sort period Michaela Greenslade. She made every thing feel so easy and comfortable from the collection of my mum and the comforting of my farther and family. The understanding she gave, the explaining that was needed. I have recently experienced my third encounter with the Cullompton branch and on each occasion, Simon and his team went above and beyond. The professionalism, dedicated care and respect coupled with prompt and efficient service was first class throughout. My late husband and mother were given the care and farewells they deserved, and Simon's personal interaction throughout was totally first class and compassionate in every way. Thank you soooo much for making these difficult times far easier than I had imagined.

Can’t praise Squires Cullompton enough. Everything they did was done with the greatest compassion for all the family. Lucy was fantastic. We were kept informed of everything that was going on. Always there on the end of the phone when ever was needed. The after care was also fantastic, phone calls after the service to make sure we are all ok. Cannot fault them, can’t thank them enough.

It's more about greed now and no proper communication!
They lie! Never sends correspondence out when they say they are or call you!
It's degrading ! Won't be using them for my family again!
