Words alone cannot express how fantastic Callum and the team have been in the handling of my mum's funeral. The experience was personal, respectful, and beautiful. Our family has come through the process feeling warm and peaceful because of how everything was managed. It actually felt like Callum knew Mum - he even wore a ladybird (her favourite) when delivering her service.
