I’m writing this with deep sadness. While many seem to have had positive experiences with Co-op Funeralcare in St Austell, mine was distressing. I was excluded from my father’s cremation despite being his next of kin and holding the death certificate. When I contacted the branch, I spoke with Karen, who told me bluntly that they “didn’t need to speak to me.”There was no apology, no compassion—just dismissal.
