An absolutely wonderful service. My pony had to be put to sleep suddenly, Cremtor was able to travel down to us in Cornwall that evening to pick up my beloved pony, I cannot begin to tell you just how thankful I was for this. They were fantastic to deal with in every way. They delivered my pony s ashes back to me in a beautiful wooden casket. I will most definitely be using cremtor for my other ponies when the time comes. We had a last minute change of circumstances the day before we were due to send my beloved horse off to sleep. We rang Jim on the Sunday and by Monday he was able to arrange collection that day on such late notice. The team were brilliant with giving us updates and we chose individual cremation and got our horse home very quickly (the Friday). Jim and his team are light in such traumatic circumstances- Thankyou.
