However they phoned me to say the fault lay elsewhere and the bill would increase. So I okayed the job and it was ready the next day. Fair enough! Smart reception area and a tidy workshop.

I am a member of Green Flag and broke down this week on the A30 on the hard shoulder. A recovery vehicle from Liftondown Garage came to my rescue within 30 minutes and assisted in getting my vehicle and me to a safe place in a near layby. Whilst the vehicle could not be repaired, I was efficiently towed to the garage and transferred to a Recovery Truck.
My thanks to the Recovery Mechanic who came to my rescue and to the lady on the telephone at the garage who both made me feel safe and looked after.

Pretty bad experience. Fuel injector failure so they replaced one without telling me it's a good idea to do them all at once. Car was stuck in Cornwall and I had to go home. Holiday already ruined. Went to pick up the next weekend and exactly the same fault happened again, 5 minutes after driving away.
In their defence the garage owner came straight out and they'd done the second injector by that Monday. They only charged me for the part and half price labour for the second one.
But it wasn't until later I realised that they had charged me £75 for each injector, the price of a Bosch one, and
