★☆☆☆☆ Appalling lack of communication with family, even in circumstances where they were being instructed by solicitors as executors - and this was being respected. Personal details were passed on to third parties without consent, instead of returning a phone call as requested. When challenged, the Funeral Director hung up on the phone.
