What an incredible service we have received from this organisation. Our father lost his partner quite suddenly on Christmas Day. A terribly sad day for all the family. Myself and my sister, supporting our father at such a difficult time, weren't sure who to approach as we are not from the area. Well where do I start on one of the hardest things I have ever done, my father passed away in March.
Jack and Caroline have been excellent all the way through and guiding us every step of the way with the up most care and consideration.
From start to finish they could not have done more for us as a family and that's exactly how they made us feel like we were part of there family.
From collecting my father from Southampton and looking after him to the actual cremation, there care did not go unnoticed, and nothing was to much trouble.

Caroline is outstanding her attention to detail & care shown is a gift nobody can be trained for this type of service.
Mike the celebrant made the short service so personal and his gift of directing personal details to my uncles wife was exceptional.
Having had to arrange several funerals in the past this was by far the best all because of Caroline & the team.
We went in again today to pay the balance and collect the Ashes & again she gave us as much time as was needed.
