5 stars just isn't enough! The care mum, my brother and myself received from Sue, Jessica & Anna was above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough for looking after us all and for being so thoughtful and caring at every step of the way. The compassion they showed from the day mum and I first went in to Tappers in Highcliffe to the day of dads funeral was exemplary. Thank you also for looking after dad and being there with a hug and box of tissues when we visited him in the chapel of rest.
