Excellent support, knowledge and service from Jo at Ringwood. Right from the initial meeting, through to the preparation for the funeral and aftercare were more than we could have hoped for.
The celebrant, Anna, was excellent, caring and gained a good understanding of my brother from our conversation. Her support in organising the funeral service and overseeing it running of perfection was excellent. The funeral director, Tracy was caring and managed her duties with dignity and respect.
