Sam was amazing. He guided us though the process, made a difficult time so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and gave good advice, it felt like he really cared. He understood what we wanted and allowed us to take our time with decisions. The cost was very reasonable and he took our word it will be paid from 'the estate'. We used Michelle Carpenter as our celebrant she was absolutely amazing too. It was the little thoughtful touches that Michelle and Sam did that that made a stressful and sad time so much easier.

We lost our Mum very unexpectedly on the 18th of December and were in absolute shock. The Coroner advised us that we needed a funeral director, so I Googled ones in the local area for my Mum (I live 7 hours away) and chose Rose Funeral Service based on the name as she loved flowers.
