went to visit my mother at 4:38 pm as it said online it was open till 5 , when we got there a gate was still open so we went in . we were met by a man who said they closed at 4:30 which would have been fine if he had not been so rude about it after we said we thought it was open till 5 as it said online. he treated us like idiots by saying things such as ‘ guys come on the gates are closed use some sense ‘( even though one gate was still open ) and continued with ‘ just be quick ‘ in such a nasty bitter tone which i feel is just disrespectful and considering we had obviously been given the wr
