I couldn’t have asked for anything more , from my first step in the door the kindness and care myself , family were shown at the loss of my mum. I was never rushed and given as much time as needed and helped through every step , I cannot thank Jackie & Rowan enough. Funeral day I was guided through again by Hannah and her team again the care and kindness followed through . They also arranged the most excellent celebrant . Thank you is just not enough

Staff were all kind and went out of their way to be caring and helpful. They understood that details are important and didn’t mind when I sent the service book back 4 or 5 times for amendments. They ensured I always knew where she was being cared for. Communication was excellent.
