From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Tracey, the Branch Funeral Director, and Liz, the Coordinator. Both ladies treated my family and me with great respect and patience. They always referred to my wife by her name, Carol, rather than using impersonal terms such as “her,” “she,” or “the deceased.” That simple but thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to me.
