This is the second time Ives and Shand has provided funeral services to our family and on each occasion Marcella has been our contact, who has guided us through the procedure at a very emotional time. She once again showed such genuine compassion in a warm and friendly manner, and professionally kept us up to date with what was required. On the day of my aunt's funeral, held in their Service Chapel, she had arranged everything perfectly, including the Order of Service, flowers, music and video, and made sure that the ceremony went smoothly. My sister & I met Marcella, who quickly put us at our ease and took us through the steps of arranging the service. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always had the time to make everything perfect.Marcella provided us with fantastic caterers and celebrant Ellie , who captured our parents perfectly . Our parents were given the send off they deserved.

Our dearest Mum died in January 2014. We were all devastated. Mum and Dad had talked previously about where they wanted to be buried and had organised a beautiful plot at Harbour View. Marcella was there to organise everything and comfort all of us. The service itself was beautiful, just what Dad had wanted.
