Ian from George Scott funeral services went above and beyond . My mums death was very sudden and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. I had called around and visited a few funeral directors and was astounded at how clinical and overly expensive they were . I got their number from BGH bereavement dept and called them . Within 12 hours of calling , they had collected my mum , completely reassured me and kept in constant contact for any questions I had, and I had a lot. Their service is exemplary, professional but most of all very caring. They did not treat us like we were another client. I
