Yesterday (04/02/26) we laid my beloved wife Carol to rest in this most beautiful and tranquil place which she had chosen. From the planning stages (thank you Maria) to the actual day ( thank you Sarah) everything went flawlessly. The whole team were professional, yet respectful and friendly and I thank them all. It was extremely important to me that this would be a beautiful day to remember both for myself, Carol's sister and brothers and her extended family. So it turned out. The service for our mother's funeral was just so nicely carried out by our celebrant Anna with Graham attending to all the other details. It was relaxed but expertly managed. The up-front arrangements were all handled easily and proficiently through Maria. We could not have wished for it to have gone any better.

My grandmother paid £375 in advance for a plot next to my grandfather specifically so that her ashes could be placed beside him when she died, and so her children wouldn’t be left with costs. She passed away last month, and what followed has been nothing short of appalling. My parents were then presented with nearly £1,000 in additional “hidden” charges, including over £300 to dig a tiny hole for the urn and another £300 simply for someone to stand there while the urn is placed in it. None of this was made clear at the time of purchase. None of it was transparent. And all of it was delivered
