Could not have met a more professional person than Carly, She was very kind and caring and most importantly listened to our requests. She talked us through every aspect of the funeral for my late mother, nothing was too much for her. We talked on the telephone and emailed each other, she didn’t rush us at such a sad time. On behalf of my family and myself, I could not praise Carly and her staff enough for the care and respect they gave to my husband. It did help that she already had some knowledge of his wishes already. Taking him from home and arranging for the church service, burial and later arranging the for refreshments at Ham Manor. Printing the order of service, arranging the organist and celebrant were all dealt with efficiently.
We were also able to visit Patrick in the chapel of rest by prior arrangement.
