We used peaceways pet crematorium for our very special boy Brego who we lost too soon. We were absolutely devastated to lose him but, from start to finish peaceways were so supportive and kind to us which really helped us with the whole process. Jeff and Sarah are lovely people and made our final goodbyes with our beautiful boy very peaceful. The pain of losing a pet is heartbreaking but to have places like this that exist really does help and we can’t thank them enough for being so lovely.

Words are hard at the moment and I feel they will be for some time. My partner and I were recommended to Jeff at Peaceways after the loss of our precious little frenchie, Lola. From the moment we called Jeff to arrange a visit, he was patient and kind. The preparation that had gone into our arrival, we cannot thank him enough. Lola was treated with dignity, kindness, love and respect on her final journey in life. We felt very safe and looked after which was exactly what we needed at a vulnerable time.
We travelled almost 1hr 30mins to Peaceways, they are worth the distance in the service they

We lost our beautiful Aurora this week, the vets were kind and told us we could take our girl home and then contact Peaceways in the morning to arrange for a cremation. We contacted Jeff the next day, who was immediately sympathetic and knew and understood the grief we were going through. He booked us in the same day to take our fur baby for her final journey After we arrived and arranged our requirements, Jeff assisted us to take our girl into the chapel to spend sometime to say our final goodbye. There is a memorial book in the same room to write your thoughts in and little touches like a

We want to thank Jeff for his kindness from the moment he answered the phone and our whole experience of taking our dear little Matha, there and having her cremated.
The peaceful atmosphere was absolutely beautiful spiritual and calm with roses everywhere. Jeff was extremely sensitive and kind, and we were very appreciative of this. We collected Martha's Ashes yesterday in a beautiful little wicker basket, thank you.Lizzie and Simon
