The whole Brighton Co-op Funeral Care team is absolutely wonderful. Meg, our funeral arranger, gently guided us through every stage in such a compassionate way. When I visited my dad in the chapel of rest, she was so kind and allowed me to do everything at my own pace. Meg took all of the stress and overwhelm out of the jobs that we had to do. She's very approachable and patient and was always happy to answer any questions that we had. And she even called me after the funeral to ask how it went and to see how we were doing. At such a sad and stressful time it was comforting to have the support, advice and kindness of the CO-OP team. They were highly professional in all aspects before, during and after the service and turned what was an emotional day into a wonderful send off for my Dad on what would have been his 90th birthday. He would have been both pleased and touched by the thoughtfulness of the team and how smoothly everything ran.
