My Aunt had arranged a funeral plan with this branch of the co-op as she resided close to it.
I really wish she hadn't. The service we received from the start was sloppy and took multiple calls to try and progress things or get updates. They were extremely off hand despite me explaining I lived 300+ miles away and needed to be kept informed by them. I had to chase multiple times to get my Aunt collected from Hospital and taken into their care. They completely failed to make appropriate arrangements for the service music and I had to intervene and talk to the provider directly. They did not ke
